As Fairfield’s City Park Planner, Gretchen Stranzl McCann worked closely with the Community Services Commission, City staff, and a neighborhood park planning committee to design and oversee construction of Fairfield’s most northern 5-acre neighborhood park. Project construction plans & documents were prepared by Site Concepts International.
